Interstate Foster Youth Return Services for the Ohio Department of Children and Youth

The Ohio Department of Children and Youth requests proposals for interstate foster youth return services. The selected contractor will deliver interventions and services tailored to each youth's individual needs, including developmental and cognitive support, wraparound services, behavioral and mental health counseling, and independent living support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and work may occur onsite or offsite. Applicants must complete mandatory forms demonstrating organizational capacity and document at least three similar projects completed within the previous five years. Prospective offerors must submit all questions no later than November 23, 2026, and the agency will not evaluate proposals submitted after the specified due date.
