Port of Oakland Airport Screening and Security Guard Services

The Port of Oakland requests proposals for airport screening and security guard services at Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport. The selected contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, taxes, insurance, bonding, and licenses to deliver high-quality security and screening operations in a regulated airport environment. Eligible respondents must be onshore USA organizations holding an active Private Patrol Operator license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on December 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
