The University of New Mexico Hospital seeks a qualified insurance carrier to provide individual stop-loss coverage for its self-funded health plan, covering both medical and pharmacy claims. The scope includes individual stop-loss deductibles spanning $525,000, $550,000, $600,000, and $1,000,000, with contract types covering paid, 36/12, or 24/12 terms including claims run-in from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico.
