Bus Stop, Shelter, and Park and Ride Cleaning Services

Community Transit requests proposals from qualified onshore USA organizations to furnish bus stop, shelter, and park and ride cleaning services in Everett, Washington. The selected vendor must provide scheduled janitorial services, including all housekeeping supplies, tools, and equipment, for approximately 617 bus stop locations, 18 Park & Ride/Transit Center properties, 12 Comfort Stations, and 86 Swift Platform Stations. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 25, 2026. Proposals, including completed questionnaires, price sheets, and conflict of interest certifications, must be uploaded through the Community Transit procurement web portal by December 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST, or submitted via email. The agency will evaluate questionnaire responses against established selection criteria and award to the proposal most advantageous to the agency, not necessarily the lowest price. The resulting fixed-price contract covers an initial one-year term beginning in February 2027, with four optional one-year extensions.
