About this opportunity
AI summaryThe Lafayette Housing Authority requires a vendor to provide onshore, onsite fee accounting services for a one-year contract term. The contractor will perform monthly bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, general ledger maintenance, transaction registers, debt service entries, financial statements, and annual closing entries. Responsibilities also include reviewing coding for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, maintaining investment and insurance registers, managing capital and development fund ledgers, advising on internal controls, and assisting with monthly board reports.
