Housing Authority of Danville Comprehensive Physical Needs Assessment and Capital Improvement Planning RFP

The Housing Authority of Danville seeks proposals from qualified onshore USA firms to conduct a comprehensive Physical Needs Assessment of its approximately 394 public housing units across Boyle County, Kentucky. The contractor will evaluate building envelopes, interior systems, accessibility, and component useful lives while creating property-level cost models, a five-year capital action plan, and a 20-year needs forecast to support HUD Capital Fund planning. Offerors must submit written questions by November 27, 2026.
