Crew Management Software Provision, Implementation, and Support for Rail Operations

The Ontario Northland Transportation Commission seeks proposals from qualified proponents for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a crew management software solution for rail operations. The system must support crew scheduling, calling and assignments, employee availability and qualifications, duty and rest compliance, collective agreement requirements, and reporting. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canada organizations, with work performed offsite. Proponents must submit two separate electronic envelopes, one for the technical proposal and one for the pricing proposal, digitally via email or online by December 2, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM EST. Interested vendors must submit all questions by November 20, 2026, at 11:59:00 PM EST. The buyer does not accept question submissions online.
