Portage Park Buildings Preventive Maintenance and Condition Assessment Study Services

The City of Portage seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct preventive maintenance and building condition reviews for 30 buildings and shelters across 15 parks. The selected vendor must inspect structures ranging from small gazebos to large multipurpose facilities, testing and verifying the performance of plumbing, electrical systems, foundations, structural components, and interior/exterior coverings. Firms must be onshore USA organizations. A pre-proposal meeting will occur via Zoom on November 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and written questions are due by 5:00 p.m. on November 25, 2026. Proposals must be submitted via BidNet by 3:00 p.m. local time on December 3, 2026. The city will evaluate submissions based on organizational experience, qualifications and capacity, technical approach, and price.
