eSolution Training and Support System for Participating Farmers and Farmers' Markets

The State of Ohio requires a vendor to provide an eSolution training and support system. The selected contractor must recruit, train, and support participating farmers and farmers' markets, perform outreach and communications, and plan and participate in events. Additional responsibilities include creating an application for the program, generating supporting documents and resources for farmers and benefit recipients to support platform modernization, delivering technical assistance, and offering compliance monitoring support. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance may occur onsite or offsite. Vendors must comply with state data security standards, including requirements for encryption, device inventories, background checks, and federal tax information protections where applicable. Prospective vendors must submit all questions no later than November 17, 2026.
