City of Fort Worth RFI for Enterprise Software Licenses and Subscriptions Services

The City of Fort Worth Purchasing Division is conducting market research through this Request for Information to assess the marketplace for purchasing enterprise software licenses and subscription services. The anticipated scope includes software licenses and subscriptions, software maintenance and updates, hosting, security, and compliance with standards such as CJIS, PCI DSS, or HIPAA, as well as ongoing help desk and technical support. The City is particularly interested in hearing from U.S. onshore organizations with operations in Fort Worth or Denton, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant, or Wise counties, including small businesses and certified Small Business Enterprises. Respondents must submit their responses digitally via email or online as a single searchable PDF organized by part and question number, with offsite performance planned under an anticipated three-year contract period. All questions regarding this market research must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
