Scope of work
- Furnish and deliver janitorial supplies and equipment to the PVSC Warehouse
- Supply items from listed manufacturer price catalogs including chemicals, sprayers, brushes, mops, liners, mats, and floor machines
- Provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all products intended to be delivered
- Properly label all delivered materials pursuant to the New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act
- Provide clean up and submit a spill response plan for spills or leaks on PVSC property
Minimum qualifications
- Evidence of responsibility, sufficient financial resources, ability, experience, and plant
- Hold or obtain a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44
- Eligibility under State of New Jersey Division of Purchase and Property Two-Year Chapter 51/Executive Order 117
