Citywide Janitorial Services for Designated Public Buildings in Hendersonville

The City of Hendersonville requests separate bids from onshore USA organizations for citywide janitorial services. The successful contractor must perform work onsite and deliver a comprehensive cleaning program for designated public buildings across the city. Bidders must complete a mandatory pre-bid site inspection between November 16 and November 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by scheduling with Rick Michalec. Participants must include the completed Pre-Bid Site Inspection Form (Attachment A) with their submission. Interested parties must submit bids by November 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, either digitally via email or online, or for opening at City Hall Conference Room 2. The city reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and award the contract under the solicitation's terms and applicable law.
