RFI for RTB-Aligned Cross-Domain Capabilities for Army Enterprise and Tactical Environments

The U.S. Army, Product Manager Communications Security, seeks information from industry on mature commercial-off-the-shelf, government-off-the-shelf, and near-term developmental cross-domain capabilities aligned with Raise the Bar requirements. The government needs solutions that maintain secure, line-rate data transfers across diverse security classifications, bridge High Threat Networks and Internet-accessible segments, and support automated cross-enclave database replication and secure intelligence browsing. Technical responses must address deep content inspection, performance metrics, physical size, weight, and power specifications, authorization readiness, and non-binding rough order of magnitude pricing. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to respond, and performance will occur offsite. Respondents must submit their responses in Microsoft Word for Office 2000 compatible format digitally via SAM.gov or email by November 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
