Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired Services for Keller Army Community Hospital

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity seeks a contractor to provide Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing-Impaired services and certification for Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point, New York. The contractor will support the Educational and Developmental Intervention Services program by delivering early intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three and their families. This procurement is unrestricted and set aside for other than small business concerns, limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency plans to award a firm-fixed-price contract covering a base year and four one-year option periods from November 16, 2026, through November 15, 2031. Vendors must submit all questions by November 9, 2026. Final quotes are due by 2:00 PM EST on November 13, 2026.
