340B Program Audit Support Service

The MetroHealth System seeks proposals for 340B program audit support services to assist its multi-site health system in Ohio. The selected vendor will provide ongoing 340B compliance audits across three primary multidisciplinary hospital locations, two outpatient surgery clinics, and 13 retail pharmacy locations, including mixed-use locations and qualified staff augmentation for the ethics and compliance team. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this three-year contract. Vendors must submit proposals via the MetroHealth Supplier Portal with pricing fixed for at least 180 days, and substantive questions are due no later than November 9, 2026. MetroHealth evaluates complete proposals using factors and criteria specified in the bid documents to identify the most advantageous offer, potentially requesting clarifying presentations. MetroHealth will negotiate terms and the Master Purchase Agreement with the highest-ranked vendor.
