Strategic Planning Consultant Services for Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center

Hope & Healing Survivor Resource Center seeks an experienced consultant or consulting firm to guide the development of a 3-5 year strategic plan. The contractor will oversee discovery and assessment, lead stakeholder engagement sessions, construct a strategic framework with measurable objectives, formulate an actionable implementation roadmap, and deliver a comprehensive plan alongside a board presentation. Applicants must be based in the USA, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Proposals are due by November 16, 2026, and must be submitted via email to Teresa Stafford-Wright at [email protected] with the subject line "Strategic Planning Consultant Proposal." The agency will evaluate submissions based on relevant experience, strength of approach, understanding of mission, incorporation of equity and trauma-informed practices, cost, and references.
