Youth Leadership and Engagement Education and Training Service

The Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council seeks proposals for youth leadership and engagement education and training services in connection with the 2025-2027 Arizona State Plan for Independent Living. The performance term covers Year Three from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a total funding amount of $20,000 to award to one or multiple applicants. Eligible applicants must hold a valid 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS, maintain good standing as an Arizona corporation, and demonstrate at least three years of experience delivering youth leadership and engagement training rooted in Independent Living Philosophy.
