Volunteer Management Training Consultant Services for Nevada Statewide Initiative

Nevada Volunteers seeks a qualified consultant or consulting firm to develop and deliver the first phase of Nevada's statewide volunteer management training initiative. The selected contractor will design a customized Volunteer Engagement Fundamentals curriculum, create practical participant toolkits, deliver three full-day in-person regional trainings, and prepare internal staff to independently deliver the curriculum. Applicants must demonstrate key qualifications, including at least ten years of volunteer engagement experience and five years each in volunteer management training, curriculum development, training facilitation, and organizational capacity building. Proposals are evaluated on criteria such as curriculum development experience, train-the-trainer experience, timeline feasibility, references, past performance, and overall budget value. The anticipated contract period runs from December 15, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with an all-inclusive maximum budget of $26,775.
