Scope of work

Minimum qualifications
- All Virginia licenses, registrations, permits, or certifications required for the specified professional services
- Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) registration or authorized exemption/waiver
- Ability and capacity in all respects to fully satisfy all contractual requirements
- Demonstrated ability to finish projects within specified times, specified fixed fee, and budget
- Experience in designing and administering K-12 educational facilities and occupied school renovations
- Experience assuming responsibility for projects already under construction
