New York Office of the State Comptroller DigiCert Certificate and Support Renewal

The New York State Office of the State Comptroller seeks competitive bids from qualified bidders for a one-time purchase to renew DigiCert certificates and support. The required scope includes 691 total certificates per year, comprising 400 Basic OV FQDN SAN, three Basic OV Wildcard SAN, 280 Private SSL FQDN SAN, five Private SSL Wildcard SAN, one Private Root CA Creation and Maintenance, one Private Issuing CA Creation and Maintenance, and one certificate-based DigiCert Premium Support. Bidders must submit all bids using the provided forms to [email protected] or by mail to the Director of Finance in Albany, New York, by November 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM. All licenses will run for a one-year term valid from December 14, 2026, through December 13, 2027.
