Request For Information: Workflow/Ticket Management System

The Executive Office of the President seeks information from industry to plan, configure, and deploy an internal workflow and ticket management system. The solution must deploy on-premises in Docker containers hosted in Kubernetes for exclusive use by staff on a private network, and it must support self-service creation of boards, projects, and workflows by non-technical users. Eligible respondents are USA organizations performing work offsite from their own facilities. Respondents must submit capabilities and Rough Order of Magnitude costs without exceeding a 5 MB email limit, and they must submit written questions to [email protected] by November 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST.
