Independence Displays Fireworks and Drone Light Show Options

The Village of Mamaroneck seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide either an Independence Day fireworks display or a drone light show at Harbor Island Park. The contractor must reserve July 4 and the scheduled July 5 rain date each year, delivering a continuous visible fireworks performance lasting at least twenty minutes if fireworks are selected. The agreement covers displays for July 4, 2027, and July 4, 2028, with a Village-held option to extend for July 4, 2029. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must price each format separately across 2027, 2028, and optional 2029 displays, accounting for all labor, materials, and transportation. Written questions are due by November 16, 2026, directed to the Superintendent of Recreation. Proposals must be submitted digitally or addressed to the Superintendent of Recreation by December 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
