GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) Candidate Management System (CMS II)

The required system will implement, operate, maintain, and sustain an established candidate management system built on the LearningBuilder COTS credentialing system to manage eligibility, examinations, renewals, and compliance tracking for up to 55,000 active and inactive individuals.
