Medical-Expert, Medical Reviewer and Case Management Support Services

The Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration seeks medical expert witness and medical case reviewer support services for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. Contractors will perform offsite case reviews and related tasks, with established hourly reimbursement rates of $375 for expert witnesses and $125 to $175 for case reviewers based on credentials. Eligible onshore U.S. small businesses registered in the System for Award Management must submit electronic quotes and required attachments via email to Imelda Rocha by August 21, 2026, at 16:00 ES. The agency will evaluate offers based on price and other factors to determine the most advantageous award for a 12-month period of performance running from August 25, 2025, to August 24, 2026.
