KYRx Pharmacy Claims Data Analytics and Auditing Services

The University of Kentucky seeks proposals for KYRx pharmacy claims data analytics and auditing services. The selected contractor must supply a secure, scalable data analytics platform to aggregate, normalize, and evaluate multi-year pharmacy claims, medical claims, and eligibility data. These services must deliver decision support, financial insights, and analytics for pharmacy benefit manager oversight, clinical evaluation, and cost containment. Contractors must also disclose any relevant ownership, contractual, or financial ties to pharmacy benefit managers, carriers, administrators, or pharmaceutical manufacturers. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible, and work must be performed offsite at the contractor's premises. An evaluation committee will rank proposals and recommend an award to the responsible offeror offering the most advantageous proposal based on qualification, service, financial, past performance, and additional information criteria. Offerors must submit all questions by November 10, 2026, and deliver original proposals to the University of Kentucky Procurement Services by 3:00 p.m. Lexington time on November 24, 2026.
