Agrément South Africa Cloud-Based Voice Over Internet Protocol Telephony System

Agrément South Africa requires a service provider to deliver an end-to-end cloud-based Voice Over Internet Protocol telephony system for offsite performance over a two-year contract. The scope includes provisioning SIP trunks, domestic and executive international calling plans, 39 softphones with headsets, one reception desk phone, and porting current Webex line numbers. Only South African organizations may bid. Bidders must be tax compliant, excluded from the National Treasury's List of Restricted Suppliers, and submit signed general conditions of contract with their offers. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online, and a pre-bid meeting occurs on November 9, 2026. Agrément South Africa may negotiate terms and price with preferred bidders or award using section 2(1)(f) of the PPPFA.
