Avigilon Security Cameras, Accessories, and Upgrade Components for Limon Correctional Facility

The Colorado Department of Corrections seeks bids from qualified suppliers to provide Avigilon cameras, accessories, and components, or products of equivalent quality and specifications, to modernize and upgrade the security camera system at Limon Correctional Facility. The scope entails delivering all awarded equipment directly to the facility, while agency staff will handle installation. Additional equipment may also be ordered for any agency facility during the award period. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the awarded bidder must register with the Colorado Secretary of State before contract execution. Interested vendors must submit itemized pricing using Exhibit D and return Exhibits A through G with their quote. All questions regarding this procurement are due no later than November 6, 2026.
