County of Los Angeles Motor Vehicle Safety and Distracted Driving Training Services

The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health seeks a contractor to deliver offsite motor vehicle safety training services. Required activities include providing child passenger safety trainings, motor safety presentations, and teen driver outreach, along with a distracted driving trainer to promote safe driving habits in designated high-collision zones. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit one bid via email, including required qualifications, forms, proof of insurability, and separate budget spreadsheets. All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026, and no bidder's conference will be held. The agency will examine bids to determine the lowest price, applying a preference reduction of fifteen percent up to $150,000 for qualifying bidders. Proposed budgets must not exceed $300,000 for child passenger safety and $100,000 for teen motor vehicle safety.
