Burke County Public Schools Boardroom Audio-Visual Systems Upgrade

Burke County Public Schools seeks competitive proposals to upgrade its existing boardroom audio-visual systems. The requested scope includes supplying and installing microphones for seven dais positions, a wireless lectern microphone, gallery audience pickup microphones, and a dedicated digital signal processor with acoustic echo cancellation. The vendor must also provide signal distribution to desktop dais monitors and install two commercial displays on the side walls facing the gallery. Eligible onshore United States vendors must submit proposals by 4:30 pm on December 2, 2026. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for November 9, 2026, at 10:00 am in Waynesboro, Georgia, and all written questions must be submitted to the Issuing Officer by 4:30 pm on November 13, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated competitively under Section 2.12 criteria, and the contract period will run for one year.
