AfriCatalyst Institutional Website Design, CMS Development, and Internal Intranet Proposal

AfriCatalyst seeks a qualified firm to design, develop, and launch an improved institutional website using a content management system, alongside a proposal for an internal intranet and knowledge management platform. The selected vendor must deliver UI/UX wireframes, responsive multilingual layouts in English and French, searchable publications and events libraries, SEO and analytics integration, content migration, and CMS staff training.
