Web-Based CAREWare Hosting, System Maintenance, and Technical Assistance Services

Columbus Public Health seeks a web-based service to host and implement its CAREWare application on dedicated, secure servers, convert current system data, and provide technical assistance to maximize utilization. The selected vendor must handle routine maintenance, operating system and SQL updates, annual security audits, and annual upgrades for the Ryan White Services Report across a 47-month grant period from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2031, under annual contracts. Eligible applicants must be onshore U.S. organizations with an active City of Columbus Contract Compliance Number, capacity to begin by March 1, 2027, and no federal or local debarments. Applications must be submitted electronically through the City of Columbus Bonfire hub by November 24, 2026, at 12:00 pm local time, with all questions due by November 23, 2026. A review committee will score eligible proposals out of 100 total points based on organizational experience, capacity, and detailed responses to five core deliverables.
