Supply of Bluecat Integrity Subscription, Hardware Servers, and Support Services

McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of Bluecat Integrity Subscription, hardware servers, and support services. The performance of the work will take place onsite in Ontario, and eligible bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations. Proponents must submit their responses through the online portal by November 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Questions are due via the online portal no later than November 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Required submission files include the proposal without pricing, Stage 1 mandatory criteria, and the quotation summary form. All proponents must obtain the RFQ directly from MERX, as failure to do so results in disqualification. The agreement spans an initial term of three years, with options to renew annually for up to two additional one-year terms at the university's discretion.
