Ohio University Cloud-Based Employment Compliance Platform and Compliance Services

Ohio University seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations to provide an offsite, cloud-based employment compliance platform and related services. The required scope encompasses enterprise-wide workforce compliance support, including compliant electronic Form I-9 completion, automated E-Verify management, mobile-friendly document capture, tax and withholding compliance, and unemployment compensation administration. Additionally, respondents must demonstrate experience supporting higher education and integration capabilities with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud HCM. Interested vendors must submit formal questions through the Questions tab on the eSourcing platform by 3:00 PM ET on November 10, 2026. Complete proposals, including a digital signature and required qualification attachments, must be submitted through the eSourcing platform no later than 3:00 PM ET on November 19, 2026. The university reserves the right to shortlist respondents, conduct interviews, and negotiate the initial contract term during award discussions.
