National Arts Grant Award Fleet-Integrated Art Program

Ben Franklin Transit requests proposals from qualified firms and artists for the National Arts Grant Award in Richland, Washington. The project expands the 2025 Show Us Your City initiative into a fleet-integrated program that celebrates the history and identity of six service-area cities, highlights public transit, and engages diverse local artists. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid for this onsite performance work. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur on November 19, 2026, and all questions are due by November 30, 2026. Proposers must submit sealed electronic proposals by 2:00 pm on December 8, 2026, through the OpenGov Procurement portal. An evaluation team will score responsive proposals across evaluation criteria for up to 100 points, with up to 30 additional points available for optional interviews.
