Minimum qualifications
- Registered contact in the Commission's Vendor Portal with Administrator or Logistics role
- FHWA National TIM Responder Training 4-hour course completion and annual in-person Commission specific TIM training
- Ability to arrive within 45 minutes of dispatch, or within 30 minutes if impeding traffic
- Appropriate equipment and dedicated recovery vehicle continuously available 24 hours a day
- Competent servicemen capable of performing minor automotive repairs at roadside
