Burlington County Insurance Commission Executive Director for Property Casualty and Health Coverage

The Burlington County Insurance Commission seeks proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Executive Director services for its property and casualty coverage and health coverage. The selected administrator will carry out policies established by the Commission, manage day-to-day operations, maintain underwriting files and financial records, prepare budgets, bill assessments, handle required state regulatory filings, and service claims through conclusion. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Applicants must include a detailed cost proposal of all requested fees. The Commission will evaluate submitted materials based on experience, qualifications, reputation, knowledge of the Commission, availability for required meetings, and overall proposal content alongside cost factors. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with monthly billing.
