Extended School Hours Programming and Home Visiting Services

The City of New Haven seeks an onshore USA organization to provide extended school hours programming and home visiting services for the 2026-2027 school year. The contractor will support the district's Strategic Plan by delivering school-based and community-based after-school programming, out-of-school time enrichment during weekends, vacations, holidays, and early dismissal days, and family engagement initiatives. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the vendor must supply all necessary qualified personnel. Interested organizations must attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 9, 2026, and submit all questions no later than November 17, 2026.
