Rental of Asphalt Kettles for TxDOT Amarillo District

The Texas Department of Transportation requires rental of asphalt kettles services for its Amarillo District, with performance taking place offsite. Any qualified onshore USA organization with the legal right to transact business in Texas may submit a response. Interested vendors must submit questions no later than November 10, 2026. Proposals must include an Execution of Response, Preferences Schedule, completed Price Schedule with proposed unit prices, Qualifications, Experience and References Schedule, Child Support Obligation Schedule, Approach to Work, and signed addenda. TxDOT will evaluate responses using a pass/fail review, rejecting any bid that fails any criterion.
