Temporary North Area Mowing and Landscaping Services for Water Resources Department Facilities

The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners seeks competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors to provide temporary mowing and landscaping maintenance services. Work covers various Water Resources Department facilities located throughout Hillsborough County for a three-month contract period, including hedge trimming, weed removal, pond and storm drain cleaning, and requested one-time cleanup services. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit bids for this onsite work. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the County's Euna Procurement system by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Award will be based on estimated quantities, and the County will not accept bids submitted via non-electronic means, email, or after the deadline.
