City of Newport News Solar Light Tower Rentals Service

The City of Newport News seeks bids from qualified firms to provide solar light tower rentals. The requested equipment must be solar powered with a minimum capacity of 4,000 W, and the rental period runs from the contract commencement date through December 2027. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 9, 2026. Bids must be submitted sealed via the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement, no later than November 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
