Lake County Offsite Records Storage and Records Management Services

Lake County seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide offsite records storage and comprehensive records management services for files across all departments. The selected contractor must maintain a controlled file storage environment, safely store and preserve diverse media, manage approximately 34,500 boxes with fluctuating space needs, deliver accurate tracking systems, preserve chain of custody, and perform timely records retrieval and transportation. Eligibility is limited to U.S. onshore organizations, and the contract term is for one year. Vendors must submit electronic proposals through the Lake County purchasing portal by 11:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, November 25, 2026.
