Lexington County Emergency Services Cloud-Based Records Management System

The County of Lexington seeks proposals for a cloud-based Records Management System to support Lexington County Emergency Services, including Fire Services and EMS. The contractor must deliver a secure hosted platform handling CAD integration, incident reporting, assets and inventory with barcode capabilities, personnel scheduling, training records, inspections, community paramedicine, and data analytics. The vendor must also achieve system go-live within 120 days of contract execution and provide on-site training and go-live support.
