B-52 Multi-Factor AI Performance Charts Electronic Flight Bag Service

The buyer seeks an onshore USA organization to provide a multi-factor AI performance charts service modernizing the B-52 bomber's operational capabilities. The contractor will develop and validate an Electronic Flight Bag-compatible capability that digitizes approved B-52 source material, automates performance calculations via deterministic algorithms, and supports offline operations without internet or cloud reliance. Work will be conducted offsite, and proposers must meet a projected CMMC Level 2 self-requirement. As an STTR Direct-to-Phase-II topic, the buyer will make no Phase I awards, and applicants must submit proposals demonstrating prior feasibility and validation documentation.
