Illinois State Police Fit for Duty and Independent Medical Evaluations

The Illinois State Police requires vendor services to locate, schedule, and facilitate access to physicians across various medical specialties for Fit for Duty and Independent Medical Evaluation examinations. The contractor must provide coordinated case management, physician evaluations, intake and matching, administrative scheduling, medical record reviews, supplemental reports, and report management, with pre-approved laboratory testing and imaging billed at cost. Eligibility is restricted to onshore U.S. organizations with five years of experience identifying, scheduling, and coordinating these medical evaluations.
