Cloud-Based Paratransit Computer-Aided Dispatch and Automatic Vehicle Location System

The Hillsborough Transit Authority seeks proposals for a turnkey, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service paratransit computer-aided dispatch and automatic vehicle location mobility system. The platform must provide real-time vehicle tracking, scheduling, program management, dashboard KPI tracking, two-way messaging, and in-vehicle navigation compatible with Android and iOS devices. Additionally, the contractor must handle all system integrations and support combined prescheduled and on-demand trip scheduling. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations performing work offsite.
