Truck and Equipment Upfitting, Including Turn-Key Solutions

Local Government Cooperative seeks proposals on behalf of itself and participating public agencies for the ongoing supply of truck and equipment upfitting products and services. The scope covers solutions for building and maintaining public infrastructure, including roadway, aerial, refuse, vacuum/sewer, dump, service body, snow and ice, and emergency response vehicles, as well as wear parts and related systems. Vendors will perform work offsite at their own premises across three purchase methods: equipment only, equipment with installation, or turn-key solutions that include vehicle or trailer chassis. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit bids for this procurement. Proposers must submit an eBid proposal by November 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST.
