Public Music Performance Programming and Event Coordination Services for the City of Austin

The City of Austin requires a contractor to develop, program, coordinate, and deliver public music performances at designated downtown properties associated with the former Green Water Treatment Plant redevelopment project. Scope duties encompass proposing performance concepts and performers, coordinating equipment and production support, obtaining required permits, and managing event administration, while excluding resource-intensive events that require street closures. Eligible contractors must be onshore USA organizations with at least ten years of experience in the Austin music industry, demonstrated experience delivering live music events, and demonstrated experience working with at least five musical performers. The contract begins upon execution and remains effective until deliverables are completed or the contract is terminated.
