Monmouth County Request for Proposals for Special Counsel Civil Commitment Hearings

The County of Monmouth seeks written proposals from law firms licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey to serve as Special County Counsel for civil commitment hearings. Scope duties include conducting civil commitment hearings, performing legal research, issuing advisory opinions, representing the County in assigned litigation across administrative forums and federal and state courts, and providing educational programs or seminars for County employees and elected officials upon request.
