Multi-Fidelity Transfer Learning Services for Missile Defense System Applications

The buyer seeks small businesses to provide artificial intelligence evolving multi-fidelity transfer learning services for Missile Defense System applications. Contractors must develop a full prototype capability that implements transfer learning methodologies, establishes low-fidelity training environments, integrates high-fidelity simulation representations across multiple classification levels, and delivers mission-relevant AI training workflows. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations, and the buyer will reject Phase I-like proposals. Proposers must pursue Direct to Phase II by submitting documentation of prior feasibility work, such as independent research or a proof of concept at Technology Readiness Level 5 or higher.
