Management, Operation, Maintenance, and Development of Angel Fire Airport Fixed Base Operator

The Village of Angel Fire solicits proposals from qualified firms and individuals for the management, operation, maintenance, and development of a Fixed Base Operator at Angel Fire Airport. The selected operator must provide aviation fuel services, maintain documented fuel quality-control programs and adequate fuel inventory, oversee aircraft ground handling, manage ramp operations, and ensure safe customer-focused aeronautical services. Performance will take place onsite or offsite across the airport premises for a twenty-year contract term. Eligible respondents are onshore U.S. organizations with at least five years of relevant aviation or professional property experience, along with demonstrated fueling, FBO management, and mountain or high-elevation airport experience. Proposers must submit required forms covering proposer information, references, capital investment commitments, and an economic proposal. The pre-proposal site visit takes place on December 14, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2026. Proposals are due by 14:00 local time on December 31, 2026, and will be evaluated out of 100 total points, including 20 points for FBO operating experience.
